A few months ago, I paid for an order using Alipay and the money was deducted, but I did not find the order on the official website. Later, I began to contact them by email to ask for a refund, but they kept saying that they could not refund and asked me to wait for them to solve the problem. It's been two months now and I still haven't heard back.

I bought a pair of McQueen shoes and they’re amazing.
The shopping was very fast and overall very good service

Ordered a pair of Dr martens, fast shipping, got another size of the boots but i think is ok anyway, there are no half sizes on dr martens but they didn’t specify in their page

Wow, this was my first order with Antonioli and honestly it was an amazing shopping experience. Placed order on Wednesday afternoon and received Friday morning. Bags were as described and well packaged. I was in two minds about this retailer at first after reading the negative reviews but honestly it was spot on. Cannot fault at all. Emails were replied to within minutes and the service by the customer support team was brilliant. I will definitely be shopping at Antonioli again. Thank you guys. 10 out of 10.

On 3 december ordered a present for my girlfriend (prada shoes € 930,00). When we unpacked the box the shoes were damaged so I returned the shoes and asked for a refund, because i don't want these shoes anymore. Untill now no refund received with the reason that the supplier prada needs to check the claim?

My first ever purchase with Antonioli was a pair of Saint Laurent pumps. I had been looking for my size everywhere and it was sold out. I found it by chance on Lyst and bought it online at Antonioli. I was very stressed in the begining as I had never purchased from them before but they offer paypal as a payment method so I was a bit reassured. Everything went smoothly. I live in the UK and my order came within 48h. The Ysl pumps were absolutely amazing, very good packaging, super fast shipping so I would recommend them 100%!!

Recently, I had a non-satisfactory buying experience with one of the major online retailers that sells for high-end Italian boutiques. Unfortunately, they couldn't replace the faulty item I received, due to size unavailability. Luckily for me, I found the same item at Antonioni, at an even better price. And what in incredible buying experience this has been!
You be the judge! I placed my order on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022. Three days later, on Sunday, Dec. 4, my Burberry Men's Birch Brown Vintage Check High-Top Sneakers were delivered, across the Atlantic, in the New York City Metro Area. The item was perfectly packaged and it was all I had just expected it to be.
Just for the record, this was my 4th order with Antonioli and they have all been positive experiences. Thank you, Antonioli!

Worst experience! Daylight robbery! I paid DHL £35 to return the FAKE Balenciaga trainers Antonioli sent me and they charged me an extra £22 after receiving the package which makes no sense. Order at your own risk. I will never order from than again, waste of time and money.

Bought a pair of Nike Sacai LDWaffle Bright Citron. Fast shipping and free shipping. The shoes are in mint condition. So I’m happy.
The only little minus is that you don’t get any info to when your items are shipped, only when you can pick your package up. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks. ?

Price trickery happening here!
I see one price when I look at the product then it increases significantly when I check out! Shipping says 25 eur within the EU but when you check out it becomes 50.
Customer service is not interested and says this is normal, offer no fixes and clearly just don’t care. It’s like dealing with children!
Safer to buy elsewhere

I had a terrible experience with this company.

They have a shady “free returns” policy where they deduct the return shipping costs.

Also, they have another hidden policy where they charge 50 euros to return the item if it was on sale.

Really, absolutely disgusting policy designed only to steal from customers. I have never dealt with a more shady fashion company before.

Btw, the sneakers I got were dusty/lightly dirty and looked like it had been worn before.

I was charged 300 AUD tax and duties for the boot being imported to Australia. Apart from that, the product is not brand new and obviously tried before. The boot should have included a complimentary pair of shoe sole. I did not receive it which means it will incur more money to get one before wearing them!!!

This business is illegal and should be shut down.
I have sent numerous e-mails to return an online order, and they fail to reply to anything whatsoever.
Their returns process requires a returns number requested in advance, so by refusing to reply to your return e-mails they don't have to refund.
If I just send the order back I run the risk of losing the goods too.
I am considering reporting them to the European authorities.
Avoid at all costs.

According to EU law, a seller must at all times reimburse the original shipping costs to the buyer in the event of a refund.
The company Antonioli does not adhere to this and refers to their return policy. This is not clearly described here either.
Therefore, be careful when ordering from this company; they do not only include the shipping costs of the refund, but also the return costs. In total this joke costs no less than €40 for a shipment from the Netherlands.
